1) Frozen meat (or fish)

To avoid the phenomenon of “freezer burn”, or of the “burn of the cold, it is necessary to know how to properly prepare the food to freeze. It is a phenomenon that often occurs when we freeze meat or fish: these products, in general, are full of frost on the surface, dehydrated and anomalous in color. An alteration of the genus is due to the oxidation of the food, which happens when the product is not properly made, or the package is not adherent to the meat feta, or when we keep it for an excessive time in the freezer or finally, if the temperature of our freezer is not constant. To affect will obviously be the smell and taste of the meat or fish that we will go to consume.

How to avoid it? Just get anti-ice bags. Put the meat feta, for example, in the bag; close it well and then immerse it in a pool with water. In this mode we will get the effect on the void… you will see that our meat will remain much longer in the freezer.
